How do I clean my shower head of mineral deposits as a spray is the original force?

This shower head is more than a year of age and aerosols half as strong as it did again. There is no accumulation of mineral deposits in the water and I think that is responsible for the lack of pressure. When you take the head of the blasts of water from the shower hose … as head … that a little over spray out. Is there anything I can soak eating away at the accumulated or Should I buy a new one?

Using CLR. It has an adjustable nozzle which sprays it out as a foam, so it sticks to vertical surfaces for a time. Get the face of the shower head well covered in the foam and let it sit for about 15 minutes. then try the shower. If that does not uncover the holes, remove the shower and turned it upside down in about 1 / 4 inch of liquid CLR (the bottle is poured into a bowl or something). You can also pour about 1 / 4 cup liquid directly in the shower. Let this sit for half an hour, then rinse out and reinstall. It should be clear then.
