How accurate is a body fat scale, and why is my fat level is so low?
Im a man 15 years. I have a Tanita scale body fat. I last month and said that 16% BF, I used 2 weeks ago and said that 14%. Today, said 12.7%. I was not diet, I've been lifting weights one little and my weight has not changed at all. Did I get that much more fit, or is it a coincidence? How can I keep my data consistent?
Body fat and water scales on the body are known to be very imprecise.
