Color ideas for a bathroom with a tub of yellow / sink / toilet?
Hey folks, My bathroom was probably remodeled in the 70s and has one of the yellow tubs, bathroom matching yellow, yellow sink and matching. I want to do something fast to fix the room for make it look better. In 2 years I am doing a complete revamp though, so you do not want to pay for the stained bathtub. So for now I just painting goes. What color ideas does everyone have? I was thinking of chocolate / mahogany or red type. But I'm not sure. What ideas have color? Ask the people some help. (Actually, that lime green base cup bathroom looks pretty hip with yellow). Chocolate can make it look really dated. We had our bathroom completely finished and just painted the walls a dark brown … looks great, but everything is white so it's a nice contrast. I guess I would go with white. Bored yes, but then you could get a nice shower curtain with a little yellow in'll keep looking. It would tie everything together. That is just one example … choose any shade you please … or some Sometimes a leaf is a cheaper option. Buy a twin flat sheet into a model you like and use clips to hang little to sell. I know you do not want to spend much money as you will be doing more than a while. Good luck.
