Ideas for a large bay window ….?
I'm moving into a smaller place, but I want to be fabulous. I am looking contemporary. Me love zebra patterns, but I have gone from a little as I got a little older. My couch is Swedish tan. My walls are off white with a white roof. I 2 inches clear gloss paint stripes on the floor, walls painted white, for contrast, when the light hits the walls. So I was just looking for ideas for covering large open window. The window is about four windowpanes long. I have a picture. I googled ideas, but havent found anythng impressive. All ideas, images, ideas are welcome. Btw, the window is in the kitchen and is almost the width of the kitchen. Thank you.
Try either match or bamboo roll up shades … clean, classic, contemporary, and the color of them would go perfectly with the sofa in your tan and off white walls. If possible, hang near the ceiling. Then hang 1 Panel curtains on each side of the bay window and hang from ceiling to floor, and make the outside of the curtain covering the outer edge of the shadow completely. The curtains panel finish should be approximately 1 / 2 as wide as one of the windowpanes, but with full of at least 200%. In other words, if a panel the window is 24 "wide, who wants a garment that is also 24" wide, but will meet at 12 "wide. The color of the drapes should not be too close to the color of the walls, so there should be some change. The intensity of color and the color depends on your personal preference. Try using curtain rod that is as close to the color of the blinds as possible, so do not show too much, unless you are going to use a toolbar to appear decorative.
