I’m around 5’7″ and was down to 121-123, too small?
I used to work out constantly, doing an hour of cardio 7 days a week along with weight training and fitness classes 4-5 days a week. I could fit in my 0-3 size clothes and it felt great to be in a bikini. Due to a serious leg injury, I have been unable to workout for almost 3 months. I am not allowed to bear weight (no swimming either) and the scale is creeping up to almost 127-130. I still try to do arm and abs when my leg pain allows. I absolutely hate that I’m gaining weight, that number of 130 feels so awful. I’ve even cut back my eating. Is 127-130 too big for my frame? I’m losing all of that great muscle tone and endurance that I gained. Any ideas of what I can do?
your not overweight at all, at all!!
if you relly want to lose weight though eat NO LESS than 1200 calories.
but you should really just wait until your leg feels better, you will burn off those pounds in no time once you hit the cardio again
