How long do sperm live outside the body. Specifically I have the following questions?
- If sperm is dry to the touch, for example in a finger or sheets, is he dead? – I have read several places that the sperm needs a warm and moist to survive. What constitutes an environment warm and humid. Do you have a bath is a warm and humid? Can survice of sperm in the water, like in a bathtub? Sperm can survive in a towel "wet" used to clean up sperm after an ejaculation? – Can sperm survive in the mouth of a woman and for how long, technically, a warm wet? What if ejaculation into the mouth of a woman, a deep kiss, then down at her, can get pregnant? – Can the sperm of an ejaculate pass through clothes? – How long does sperm live in the outdoors. Does anyone know someone who has become pregnant without having sex? BTW, I'm trying to get pregnant. Not ready.
In fact, NO sperm survive when exposed to air … Im do not know is how long. When you have sex, the air is pushed into the vagina if you know or not. This does not mean that all the sperm will die, but The reason that some might say that makes the sperm survive is because it is a method of getting pregnant called the cervical cap "on the man should use a condom and spermicide sexual intercourse, then squeeze the ejaculate in the rubber cup and inserted into the vagina so the sperm is kept near the neck uterine and doesn't fall. If it were true that sperm die as soon as they hit the air .. then this method would fail and no one would hesitate to resorting to it. That, and when a man is going to get a sperm sample done .. Do not ejaculate in a cup (which is exposed to air)? Wouldnt sense to check a sperm count, if the majority of sperm die before it was tested. But for a long period of time .. as 5 minutes or something .. the sperm will probably start to die. I think it can go through clothing or survive in a towel or your finger for a long time though. And I've always heard that saliva kills sperm almost instantaneously, giving your man a BJ and kissing .. then he goes down on you is very doubtful I could get pregnant that way. Hell, most of us have been TTC for years and always have our men ejaculate within us .. then hold the hips for 30 minutes and do all sorts of things trying to get pregnant, but no luck. So I do not think that 1 or 2 sperm find their way inside is to get pregnant. BUTTTTTT theres always a chance. So in some control birth if you want to avoid that;)
