Stickers on my forum?
I'm participating in a surf contest tomorrow, and I'm hoping to get some sponsorers, or at least meet people from different sponsorers companies could be potential. I have lots of stickers on my board (Rainbow, Volcom, soleus) stickers are cool looking just because I picked for free at a surf shop. Should I remove the tags before the competition? Would it be possible to prevent the sponsorship from other companies?
Sincerely, I do not know how easy it is to get sponsored. Personally, I'm not a fan of labels in a table unless you are actually sponsored by a company. There is something cool about a board of "naked" and someone who breaks it completely. Actually think that your stickers may be distracting to actually get sponsored. Unless that will be covering dents, stickers, will not help, but might actually make things worse. "Oh, one of the children again." But while fully RIP, catches your eye.
