Wall Mount Vessel
Wall Mount Vessel
Has anyone tried to mount wall cabinets to a modern bathroom vanity?
My husband and I are trying to rehab Low cost of a large bathroom. I found a TV stand that is a perfect fit if we can somehow mount on the wall for a floating effect and add sinks the ship and a glass countertop. The only problem is that the piece is heavy and have metal spikes for the most part. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!
You need to find the center of the studs of metal, either by using a stud finder or use a very small diameter nail and push through the wall to find the edges of the stud. The following amount should be 16 inches apart. Find the center for both blocks where you want to mount the TV stand. You may need use 4 right angle brackets to hold the position of the TV. 2 on top and 2 on the bottom. Drilling on the following metal studs at the height you want the brackets and secure to the wall with metal bolts. I would suggest a metal screw # 10 to 1.5 inches long or larger. Use a drill that is smaller than the diameter screw in the threads. Went on a lazy Susan cabinet size in our pantry http://www.ourhomeimprovement.net/pantry.html
