I paint the ceiling of my bathroom the same color as the walls?
It sounds so simple should not be so difficult to decide, but I'm painting my bathroom tomorrow. I am painting the walls a tan color with white trim baseboard and the mirror and storage shelves above the toilet. I'm going with a beach theme here with the beige and white, found in seashells. Maybe a bit of blue on the shower curtain too. Your room very small bathroom. any window, even so I have extra lightening there. But I wonder if I should paint the ceiling white? or it is too outdated. Or that the painting is so dark and so get me boxed in after tomorrow, so I'm very undecided about what to do. I am open to suggestions. Thank you.
Ceilings are usually painted white or beige, as it creates an illusion of higher ceilings. Medium and darker colors bring the ceiling down to create a welcoming space.
