My chihuahuas go to the bathroom in my house, what to do?

I have a chihuahua 2 years old and 6 months old Chihuahua, and they are persistent to use the bathroom in my house. The 2 year old will use the pee-pee on your carpet when you are surrounded, but when the left will run on my blankets! The baby of 6 months I've only had a week and her pee and poop in front of the carpet to urinate (which totally ignores) and walk in it (ew!). I need plenty of advice, obviously. Any advice for my two chihuahua train to pee and poop on the rug and out?

First thing to do is get rid of all "pills Pee Pee "and the principle that the idea altogether. That doesn't teach your dog nothing except that its ok to deficate indoors. Then get a box of and a good book on puppy training. Home Burglary both of their dogs from the beginning!
