Is there anything good to put a bag of chamomile tea in a hot tub and bathe in it?
I have several health problems and as I have no pearls bath oils, bath salts, bath scents, so I'm thinking maybe herbal tea in my hot tub will help. . .
a bag tea in a hot tub will not do any one thing, and very likely the hot tub is drying your skin too. Chamomile is an astringent and dries the skin even more, but in a hot tub in its entirety … you need a kilo of tea to make a difference.
