bathroom remodeling – What colors complement brown toilet and bathtub?

I am remodeling my bathroom small (5 feet x 9 feet), which has a skylight to bring natural light. I have a brown toilet and bath. I would like to use brushed nickel hardware (taps, shower, towel bars …). I am looking for suggestions on what colors to use for the rest of my bathroom that would complement the brown bath tub and hardware Brushed Nickel. What color floor tiles, wall tile bath, main bathroom wall, ceiling wall, vanity, vanity, color above? I like the cream / off-white – color would be good as the floor for a brown bathroom and bathtub? I want a border tile wall for the bathtub, what color do you recommend for the tile wall of the tub and decorative border? Thanks so much!

I always think especially bathrooms – From every room in the house – they must have a really clean finish. I think your idea of a cream / antique white finish would be perfect for floors and ceilings – have these the same color will also give the room a sense of being larger. A white as you mention would relate much better with your tub brown and a pure white would be.
