Remodeling bathroom questions?
I'm moving into my first home and I have questions about remodeling the bathroom floor : 1) There is a clumsy old cupboard above the sink that makes it so that the mirror is not directly over the sink. I would just like the cabinet outside seal. The walls are drywall – how can I patch / seal it? 2) Inside the cabinet is a stranger to the light dimmer switch over of vanity. I would like to ReWire this vanity light can be switch on / off switch plate by the door of the bathroom. Currently, there is no switch controlling the ceiling fan – Can I do this in a double switch plate and have the light and fan control through the door? Thanks for the help!
How do I move the cables behind the wall near the cabinet all the way to the door? I know this may be a silly question, but I do not know none of these things:) … It would also be costly to have an electrician do it?
Daniel is correct. I `d tear it apart and fix it up the way you want. Cabinet may be hiding something unknown, that `s the only problem!
