Help with a Peeping Tom Stalker!?

I take showers much since I play lots of sports and get dirty quickly. Anyway, when I take my shower, there is this guy living next door, and whenever I take my shower, he is there with binoculars. I do not know if he’s watching me, the stars, or anyone else, but it sure seems you are looking at me! I’m scared and came as 10 minutes and asked what time I usually have all my showers and I I sometimes false, but anyway I’m scared! I have the shower curtains in the window where you look at another, but somehow always open! I close when I’m there, but suddenly became missing! I can not find them! Moreover, some of my underwear is missing! My bras too! What should I do? Do you think you have the key? BTW I know this seems a strange category, but could not find a category that fits my problem!

Take binoculars with you while you’re in the shower and look right at him.
