Ear Piercing Questions?

I have read a million things online about how to pierced ears, but I still have some questions .. and concerns .. I'm terrified of needles, or just talking or thinking about them makes me dizzy. On a scale of 1-10, how painful and how long does it hurt? What is a good professional to do them? OK'ed I have with my mom, and I am sure to let me get the kind of gold, if i have a reaction allergic to nickel. I'm still worried, though .. and it hurts in the shower, or feel strange when you're sleeping? How does it feel like a pinch or .. What feel?

It feels like a pinch. It's very fast you barley feel it. =]
