Accessories for the Indian style toilet?

I am from Pune, India and I have an Indian style toilet in one of our bathrooms. Now, for some medical problem with the knees I can not use it. I have to use a Western-style bathroom for any price. Do you know if there are accessories available on the market I put on top of my toliet Indian style and Western style to do something. I guess they can not excavate the soil and install a whole as a western style that causes problems water leak the Downstair type.

The only way to adapt the bathroom Indian style with a regular American style is to have a plumber remove the old toilet set, and make connections nessacary waste line to accommodate the toilet new. In addition, many plumbers do not like working in such situations, due to the many issues such as lack of experience and lack of proper parts that arise dealing with the particular style bathroom.
