So you're looking for the best, most accurate bathroom scale available. In other words, they want a scale which is a) at most no more than one pounds off, b) shows the same weight, no matter what their position, and c) shows the same weight, no matter where you stand on it. While the scales that many claim to meet these criteria, the user experience not always coincide with the manufacturer claims.
As such, it is interesting to hear what people are saying real when asked to recommend a high quality, accurate bathroom scale. Therefore, online searches and came up with the following list of ranges best bath based on recommendations from real people on sites like Google Groups, Yahoo Answers and Ask MetaFilter.
First I noted that the marks and / or types of scales people thought were best. Here is the list:
Tanita Scale 1) digital. Recommended by a number of people.
2) A scale of doctors (you know, to manually adjust scale, sliding weights). They are big, but accurate. Moreover, it needs glasses to really see how much you weigh and you know that 30 years from now will still be here.
3) A Taylor digital scale. However, no glass scales Taylor, is not supposed to be very good.
4) Hammacher Schlema better measurement precision digital scale
5) HealthOMeter (with a lithium battery 10 years).
From these recommendations, I proceeded to create a list of the top eight bathroom scales. To create this list I went to Amazon.com to see what particular models of bathroom scales were the most popular on these sites. I searched on the basis of each type of scale, mentioned in the previous section (ie I looked at Tanita digital scale doctors, etc.). I also noted the price and reviews of each scale. Here is the list it occurred to me (note: all data which is 3 December 2007):

2) Duo BF679W Tanita Scale Plus Body Fat Monitor with Body Water – Cost – $ 50.00. Rating – 4 1 / 2 stars (based on 27 reviews from customers.
3) Tanita Duo BF680W Scale Plus Body Fat Monitor with Athletic Mode and Body Water – Cost – $ 65.00. Rating – 4 1 / 2 stars (based on 19 customer reviews).
4) Health o Meter 402KL Physician Balance Beam Scale – Cost $ 175.00. Rating – 5 Stars (based on 8 customer review)

There you have it, the best bathroom scales available. It is certainly not the most scientific method, but is probably enough to get a high quality, precision balance. And that, ultimately, is what we are looking for. Happy weight!
