What can I do for my rabbit does not chew the wood of the cage?

My rabbit has a carrot chewing wood, rolls of toilet paper, a small toy cat (which has a bell in it and is also safe for rabbits) and a salt wheel. She keeps me in the night too. I used vinegar white (which is stop going to a place of rabbit), but still chews the wood. I've been sleeping a lot for this. (She continues to young people to get sterilized.) Any response can help. Thank you.

Rabbits teeth continue to grow until the day they die, so they naturally have an instinct to chew. This is a problem common, and unfortunately, there are only a few options available to resolve this problem. You need a thick block of "chewing concrete. They sell in stores pets, specifically designed to satisfy chewing urges, however this can be equally annoying. You can buy spray sour apple stores pet, used to train the dog not to chew, and definitely deterred a rabbit. It is also possible that due to stress, (moving, etc.) that can be experiencing mild obsessive-compulsive reactions, this should happen, as things return to normal. Honestly, sterilization is not worthwhile. Rabbits have a life expectancy relatively short life, sterilization can cost as much as $ 200, even without complications, and for what? Behavioral changes are minimal, pregnancy not an issue as domestic and wild rabbits are breedable United Nations. So I wouldnt worry too much. The easiest solution would be fair moving out of her room. Put a blanket in the cage overnight. She will learn. While not exceptionally intelligent, it's amazing what a little routine can do for a rabbit. Good Luck! Veterinarian Dr. Dylan James
